A marketplace for brands people already trust

Nepal does not have a shortage of online shops. What it lacks is a place where you can order a brand you already know and feel reasonably sure it is the real thing — not a lookalike in a similar box.

That is why we started Nepfa. We are focusing on branded, authentic products. If a seller cannot show they are the brand, an authorized distributor, or an official importer, they should not be listing here. I would rather grow slower with a catalog we can stand behind than fill the homepage with generic goods nobody can trace.

Delivery has to work outside a few city pockets. And when a customer writes in, that is not noise — that is the product.

My job is to make the unglamorous parts hold: checkout, addresses, courier handoff, and the trail when an order does not land as promised.

A delivery address is sensitive. We treat it as operational data — enough for the courier and the seller to fulfill — not something to scatter across tools. Payments go through providers we already trust in Nepal. We do not store your card number.

Nationwide delivery only works if inventory and tracking stay in sync. When they do not, you should see it clearly and reach us without hunting through menus.
